Since 2011, we design and manufacture complete forklift camera systems in China for importers, dealers and warehouse projects.

Forklift Camera Systems for OEMs, Dealers and Integrators

From wireless forklift camera system and fork-tip cameras to MDVR recording and pedestrian safety kits, you can source the whole package from one OEM factory instead of dealing with many suppliers.

One forklift camera system family for many truck types – rear-view, fork-tip, mast and wireless kits share the same factory platform.

Certifications for forklift camera systems for busy warehouse fleets.

Our forklift camera systems meet CE, FCC and other requested standards for importers and warehouse operators in Europe, North America and Oceania.

We're There Every Step of your forklift camera system order

From project planning to shipment

Project Plan & Kit Selection

We review your forklift types, warehouse layout and risk points, then recommend camera positions and a clear bill of materials for each kit.

Camera & Monitor Assembly

In-house teams build and seal cameras and monitors with batch tracking, vibration checks and temperature cycling for forklift duty.

Pre-Configure & Bench Tests

Each monitor and camera set leaves the line pre-paired or pre-wired, so your technicians mount, plug and power up with minimal set-up time.

Installation Guidance for Dealers

We supply wiring diagrams, mounting drawings and training photos, helping your team fit kits on forks, masts, guards and rear frames.

Pedestrian Warning Add-Ons

Line lasers and warning lights can be added to camera kits, giving your customers clear walking zones and visual alerts near forklifts.

Packing, Shipping & After-Sales

Export cartons carry your brand with spare units packed by plan, and our team supports repeat orders, RMAs and field feedback.

Forklift Camera Design Kits

Fork, rear-view and mast cameras for different forklift blind spots.

Fork-mounted forklift camera (fork-tip)

Best for:

High-rack picking and deep pallet entry

Narrow racking where fork tips disappear from view

Fragile or high-value loads that cannot take fork damage

Strengths:

Shows fork blades and pallet entry point very clearly

Laser line and work light (if equipped) help drivers align in dark racks and trailers

Reduces rack hits, broken pallets, and miss-slots at height

Limits:

Cable routing along fork and mast needs careful protection

View is very focused on fork tips, not on rear traffic or wide aisles

Rear-view forklift camera (counterweight / overhead guard)

Best for:

General forward view with load on forks

Monitoring tines under the pallet at medium height

Operators who want one stable front view for most tasks

Working near pedestrians, doors, and cross-aisles

Trucks that move long distances in reverse

Strengths:

Fixed position, less exposed than a fork-tip device

Wider scene than a fork-mounted camera, so drivers see load, rack, and aisle together

Cable routing is simpler because everything stays on mast or carriage

Limits:

Fork tips can still “disappear” on very high racks or deep pallets

Not ideal for very precise fork entry on fine or fragile loads.

Mast-mounted forklift camera (carriage / mast)

Best for:

General forward view with load on forks

Monitoring tines under the pallet at medium height

Operators who want one stable front view for most tasks

Not ideal for very precise fork entry on fine or fragile loads

Many fleets use rear-view cameras on every truck, mast cameras on key warehouse units, and add fork-mounted forklift cameras on trucks that work on high racks or sensitive loads.

FAQ

Forklift camera systems – FAQs for OEMs and dealers

General questions from importers, distributors and fleet integrators about forklift camera systems.

Q1. What product versions does Yuwei offer for forklift camera systems (wired, wireless, AI, BSD)?

Many dealers start with a wireless forklift camera system kit for retrofits. Yuwei supplies forklift camera systems in five main versions: wired, wireless, wireless + battery, AI and BSD. Wired systems suit 24/7 fleets and fixed cabs where a stable video link matters most. Wireless systems suit long masts and moving parts where cables may break. Wireless + battery kits suit rental trucks, pilot projects and sites that avoid tapping power from the truck loom. AI versions add pedestrian and vehicle detection with warning icons and sound alerts. BSD versions give camera-based blind-spot alerts around the mast, side and rear of the truck.

Q2. Which blind spots on a forklift can your camera systems cover?

Key blind spots include the front view when a load blocks the forks, fork tips at height, rear corners during reversing and crossings where pedestrians move near the truck. Our forklift camera systems cover these zones with mast, fork-tip, side and rear cameras plus BSD or AI alerts. For high stacking, fork-tip and mast cameras help the driver judge depth and line up pallets more accurately.

Q3. How does the AI anti-collision / pedestrian detection system work?

AI cameras watch defined risk areas around the forklift and detect people, helmets or vehicles, depending on the model. When a target enters the warning zone, the system shows a visual icon and sounds a buzzer. For some projects, output contacts can link to speed-limiter or brake interlock functions set by your site rules. When used with an MDVR, all alerts and video clips can be recorded for later review and training.

Q4. How do these solutions support safety checks and training?

Digital inspections and event logs support both safety checks and training. Pre-use checklist screens help drivers confirm required items and flag any failed checks. Near-miss, impact and over-speed events create logs for targeted coaching. MDVR playback gives supervisors video evidence for investigations, toolbox talks and claims defense.

Q5. Can you supply forklift camera systems under our brand for one region only?

Yes. We support OEM and private-label supply for importers and distributors. Your logo can appear on camera housings, monitors, labels and boxes. For stable yearly volume, we can follow your packaging artwork and brand guidelines for one region or for a named customer.

Q6. What are the typical MOQ and lead time for forklift camera systems?

For new customers, we accept trial orders so you can test the forklift camera system and collect feedback from your market. After samples and field tests, we agree a target MOQ and lead time based on your forecast and forklift safety program.

Q7. Can I buy the camera only, or do you also supply full forklift camera kits?

Both options are available. You can buy a single forklift camera, for example a fork-tip camera, or a complete forklift camera system kit. Kits can include 5" / 7" / 9" and 10" AHD monitors, MDVR, cables and power accessories for warehouse and logistics projects.accessories for warehouse and logistics projects.
