Forklift Pedestrian Safety Camera System

Detect pedestrians. Alert the driver. Record incidents for review

Protect lives, work smoothly!

STEGO-360

The Forklift Pedestrian Safety Camera System supports mast, rear, or carriage mounting and keeps alerts consistent across shifts. Adjustable zones help target busy aisles or dock doors. When a person enters the zone, the system drives three alerts at once—on-screen overlay, buzzer, and warning lamp—so operators react quickly without changing habits. Fleets using MDVR can record events for audits and training.

How it works

Set detection zones on rear or mast (up to 15 m). The ECU identifies pedestrians and triggers overlay, buzzer, and lamp. Reverse or indicator inputs auto-switch the most relevant camera; optional MDVR records events.

FAQ — Forklift Pedestrian Safety

Short answers for engineers, buyers, and installers.

1. Can this system connect to our existing monitor or MDVR?

Yes. The camera uses AHD/AV. It works with 7"/9"/10" AHD monitors and can feed a 4/8-channel MDVR for recording. If you already have a monitor, tell us the model and input type.

2. What detection distance do most sites choose?

Typical setup: 3–6 m front zone for warehouse lanes. The distance and zone can be adjusted on site. We can preload your preferred range before shipment.

3. How are drivers alerted?

Three layers: buzzer, warning lamp, and on-screen overlay on the monitor. The relay output can also drive a stack light or site beacon.

4. Do we need extra parts for installation?

The standard kit includes monitor, detection camera, buzzer/lamp, cables, and brackets. Use shielded cable, strain relief, and glands for pass-throughs. A site wiring PDF is provided.

5. Can we order with private label?

Yes. Logo on housing, monitor boot screen, and packaging. ODM requests for bracket or UI changes are welcome.
